The benefits of ALL PLUS ibis and ALL PLUS Voyageur are valid every day, all year round, except:

'- In ibis budget, ibis, and ibis Styles hotels in mainland China
- In non-participating hotels: https://all.accor.com/information/all-plus-hotels-exception.en.shtml
- On dates when the hotel is marked as unavailable (not more than 10 days per year, except for exceptional events). You can check these dates at the following link: https://all.accor.com/en/loyalty-program/bod.html

To enjoy your ALL PLUS ibis or ALL PLUS Voyageur discounts, make sure to book an ALL PLUS rate through a direct channel (all.com, ALL app, Accor call centres, or directly at the hotel) and indicate your ALL PLUS card number when making the reservation.

To have access to the discounts and benefits of ALL PLUS ibis card or of ALL PLUS Voyageur, you need to make sure we have your card number when booking your stay by following one of these steps:

- Connect to your ALL account https://secure.accor.com/account/index.en.shtml to make a reservation on all.com website. Make sure your ALL PLUS card is connected to your account.
- Enter your ALL PLUS card number in the box "Travellers / Loyalty Card or Membership" on the home page of all.com when making a reservation;
- Provide your ALL PLUS card number if you prefer to use our phone reservation service;
- Provide your ALL PLUS number at the hotel when making a reservation.

Once you are at the hotel, present your valid card upon arrival to enjoy your stay with ALL PLUS ibis and Voyageur benefits.

The Status Nights bonus will be credit 1 day after your subscription or renewal.
As a ALL PLUS ibis subscriber, you will be offered 10 Status Nights bonus when subscribing or renewing.
As a ALL PLUS Voyageur subscriber, you will be offered 20 Status Nights bonus when subscribing or renewing

You will not lose your Reward points or your acquired status on the ALL loyalty programme when subscribing to ALL PLUS as ALL PLUS really comes in addition to the loyalty program. You will only get more, never less.

At the moment of your subscription to ALL PLUS , you will be required to connect to your ALL account so you can continue to accumulate points with your stays. You will also be credited an annual bonus of 20 Status Nights when subscribing or renewing to help you reach the next status in the ALL Loyalty programme.
